This policy is designed to be fair to our customers while acknowledging the perishable nature of our products and maintaining strict quality and hygiene standards.
2. Cancellation Policy
An order can be cancelled without charge only if the cancellation request is received **before** the order has been confirmed by our customer care team via a phone call.
Once our team has verbally confirmed the order details with you over the phone, the order is immediately processed for packing and dispatch and **cannot be cancelled**.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at support@shreethamaraifoods.com with your Order ID.
3. Return Policy
For the health, safety, and hygiene of all our customers, we adhere to a strict **no-return policy**. Due to the perishable nature of our food products, items once delivered cannot be returned.
4. Refund and Replacement Conditions
While we do not accept returns, we will issue a full refund or a free replacement, at our sole discretion, under the following specific and verifiable conditions:
- The external product packaging was delivered in a physically damaged or clearly tampered-with condition.
- The item(s) received are completely different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong product delivered).
4.1. Mandatory Unboxing Video for All Claims
To ensure the legitimacy of claims and protect all our customers, a refund or replacement for damaged or incorrect items will only be processed if the claim is supported by an **uncut and unedited unboxing video.**
The video must clearly show the following:
- The unopened package with the shipping label clearly visible.
- The entire process of opening the package (unboxing).
- A clear view of the damaged item(s) or the wrongly delivered product(s) inside the package.
Claims that are not supported by video evidence as described above will not be entertained.
4.2. Process for Filing a Claim
- You must contact us via email within **24 hours** of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
- Your email must be sent to support@shreethamaraifoods.com and include your Order ID and the mandatory unboxing video as an attachment or a viewable link.
- Our team will review your claim and video evidence within 2-3 business days. If your claim is approved, we will initiate a refund or dispatch a replacement within 3-5 business days. The resolution offered will be at the sole discretion of Shree Thamarai Naturel Energy Foods.
